[OPEN FACE OMAHA] is an educational application that teaches the strategy of Open Face Omaha poker. It is a learning and practice tool. It does not involve real-money wagering, betting, or prizes of monetary value. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

1. Who we are

We designed the app to collect as little personal information as possible.

  • Information you provide. If you create an optional account or contact support, we receive the information you choose to give us, such as a display name or email address and Nickname.  Providing this information is OPTIONAL.
  • Learning progress. Practice history, completed lessons, and in-app settings are stored [on your device / in your account] so the app can track your progress. This is play-money practice data only; it has no monetary value.
  • Usage and diagnostic data. We may collect anonymized analytics and crash reports (for example, which features are used and technical error logs) to improve the app only. [Apple App Analytics]
  • Device and technical data. Standard technical information such as device model, operating system version, and app version, used for compatibility and troubleshooting.

We do not collect financial or payment information. The app contains no real-money gaming and does not process wagers, deposits, withdrawals, or fund transfers.

  • To diagnose problems, improve performance, and develop new lessons and features.

The app simulates poker play and carries an age rating reflecting simulated-gambling content. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. [If progress is stored on-device, say so uninstalling the app deletes it. If the app is removed all data associated with app is also removed.]

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information the app handles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the app.
